Fran is the General Manager of Projects and Group Metallurgy for Perilya Ltd, a base metals mining and exploration company operating Zinc, Lead, Silver, Copper and Gold projects in Australia and the Dominican Republic.
With a Bachelors Degree in Technical Mineral Processing from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business from the University of South Australia, Fran continued to build on her expertise as the General Manager for the Minerals and Metals Group while simultaneously earning her MBA in Business Administration from Deakin University. Recently joining Perilya Ltd as General Manger and a true asset to their leadership team, Fran utilizes her extensive experience as she oversees the development of the company’s mining projects in Australia.
In addition to managing Australia Projects and Group Metallurgy, Fran also plays a key role in the company’s world wide due diligence, as well as in metallurgical aspects on world wide projects. Highly regarded for her leadership abilities, Fran is frequently recognized for transforming her safety, environment and productivity initiatives into positive business outcomes.
